``coral meadow stables
For those of you who own a horse, you'll know that with it comes a responsibility. Horses were made to be free, not couped up in a stable. Once you take it from its habitat, where it was meant to be, it becomes your responsibility. It is then up to you to feed it, water it, ensure it is safe from harm's way. Your very own horse. For those of you who love horses & don't own one, you'll know that the longing for a horse is one of the strongest desires you will ever feel in a lifetime. The longing for that responsibility. That friendship.
From a teenager's point of few, it is nothing short of "sucky" when your parents feed you the, "We don't have the money for a horse" line. In 1978, Coral Meadows was set up to fix this problem. It all started with one man letting his neighbour, a young girl with a passion for horses, ride his pony. Eventually, she had proved to him her love for the animal, and he sold it to her at a discount price. These events inspired him.
He decided to set up a Riding School, where children & teens without horses can be given one to treat as their own. Business thrived, and eventually there were people from all over the world coming to CMS to take part in this well-known scheme.
