Hey guys. Looks like John and I are going to be gone for the weekend (at least). John's grandfather is (or has been) going to be taken off of life support today. We'll be leaving first thing in the morning for the funeral. Those of you who believe in prayer, we'd greatly appreciate if you'd pray for John and his family during this difficult time.

Well, now things are less certain. He could hold on for a few more days, and since John has limited bereavement leave from work, we do not, at this point, know when we'll be leaving.

John's grandfather passed away about 9:10 this morning. We're leaving this shortly. Thank you everyone for your condolences and thoughts.
