THEODORE NOTT KILLED[/size]
June 26th, 1999
Harry Potter strikes again! In a good way, of course. Theodore Nott and his group of underground Death Eaters held Ginny Weasley hostage in her home last night, and sent an owl to Potter claiming that if he didn't show up, Weasley would be murdered. Harry, of course, showed up in the middle of the night, outing Death Eaters positioned around Weasley's apartment with a few well-aimed spells. Once inside, Harry came to his redheaded friend's rescue by ultimately destroying Theodore Nott, but there are no further details at this time. The young man Nott, a 19 year old former Slytherin, had apparently been building up an army of followers to attempt to take over the wizarding world. The Daily Prophet has also found out that Nott was responsible for the incident that shook former Minister of Magic Percy Weasley and caused him to abandon his post. Harry Potter declined to comment on the events of last night, but the newly-appointed Minister of Magic has spoken exclusively to The Prophet.
"Thank goodness for Harry Potter. Without him, I don't know what we would have done. I can surely say that now, the Wizarding World will be able to stand safely on its own two feet again with no threats whatsoever."

Ummm...not so fast. The Wizarding World is having a hard time adjusting to all of this news at once - most feel ashamed for not have realizing there was such a great threat lurking in the shadows before it was almost too late. Everyone still feels the same jitters of nervousness they did when Voldemort was at the peak of his reign of terror - scared and vulnerable. Harry Potter has become a daily fixture in wizarding newspapers around the globe again, just when he thought he was safe from the flashing bulbs and bright lights. People can't stop thanking their lucky stars that they have him around, because without Potter who would save the world again and again? It will take a good while for the wizarding world to return to normal.

You may join any character from the books as long as they are the appropriate age or even make your own original character. The same age restrictions apply to all. Once you join, you can start to explore and experience our unique environment. Find a job at one of the stores, become an Auror or a Healer...the possibilites are endless. Where will you end up? Take your place among the masses or rise above to become a new famous leader...the choice is yours. Do you dare?
