Who's ever heard of a Weyrman?

Our Weyr grew from one Weyr to two, with hints of more land opening up to player use soon (though this time not a Weyr) and with this expansion has come difficulties – with some players going inactive, and many wanting to Impress from the beginning, we lost some important riders.
With this loss, has come an opportunity – for anyone who has ever yearned at the chance for a high ranking dragon. We have two golds at Dorado, one the daughter of the Senior, the other a Junior Weyrwoman – one a mutant, one who will birth new colors. Also lying there is an open Weyrsecond position, either to be auditioned – or to be won in Flight if no one answers the call. With enough bronzeriders available that there is little hope we could ever use them all up, you don't have to worry about being not good enough – while it is required to audition for bronzeriders, this just means that you always need a sample post, so that we're sure you've read all the history.
Ah, but maybe you want something different? A Crimsonrider, maybe? As the biggest dragon on Pern and with only two adult males there are many queens who wonder if they'll be the first caught by these mysterious dark giants. One at each Weyr – and a surprise at the newest Weyr, as yet only called New Weyr until it gets a Weyrleader to help name it. But a surprise lies in wait for any who would try for the Weyrleader Flight. This Weyr's Weyrwoman – is a Weyrman.
Copper Kashith, the smallest queen of Pern, Impressed V'rayn. He would later be voted in as Weyrman over Cream Aeth's Vittoria, causing quite a stir. And not only does this make many a bronzerider wonder if he really wants that position – it makes the brownriders ponder if they could be Weyrleader.
And for those who want to be a humble blue rider or a flirty green – or an angry, arrogant blue rider and a cold, shy green rider, we have plenty of need for you as well. With tension between the Weyrs and an old threat made new stirring beyond the mountains in the south, everyone is needed - especially anyone who has some common sense.
Even if we do welcome the crazies with open arms.
