A'rn is slightly shorter than normal at 5'6". He tends to wear his brown hair just a tad bit longer than most riders, especially toward the center. He shows evidence of some hair loss, though not a lot. His thin eyebrows and notable cheekbones frame his brown eyes. He has an angular jawline that ends in a pronounced chin that has a noticeable cleft in it. He has the build and tone of someone who works out with the intent to stay in shape. He has noticeable skip to his step most of the time. He stand straight most of the time.
A'rn has a preference for clothing that he can easily remove. Most of the time he is wearing boots, pants, and a pull-over short sleeve shirt. He prefers the brighter blues when it comes to colors. When he does have to dress up, he still shows a preference for an understated appearance.
Personality:
A'rn is someone with some hidden levels of complexity to him. He tends to be carefree and outgoing most of the time. He can get along with almost anyone, at least to an extent. He does his best to not get on the bad side of anyone if he can avoid it. He doesn't paticularly like any who looks down on 'the help' or women. Currently, the only person he can't stand at all is the Igen Lord Holder and he isn't prone to explaining that paticular problem. He likes to spend his free time around the lower cavern staff, especialy in the kitchen. He doesn't see anything wrong with handling problems with a good fist fight. Most the time he tries to keep the fight fair. But if the wrong buttons are pushed, he shows that he knows about every dirty trick in the book and is more than willing to use them.
He is open about what he thinks and what he does. Which is a good thing given his tendency when it comes to relationships. He seems only capable of establishing long term relationships with female riders and even those don't last long due to his primary attraction to guys. He does try to stay faithfull but feels he is already cheating on someone so it doesn't make that much of a difference. At the same time, he doesn't seem able to develope any long term personal relationships with guys despite any wishes that there might be. Though he won't admit it, these problems are due to unresolved feelings he has about a previous boyfriend, the Igen Hold Lord Holder's relative, a relationship which has never had closure.

A'rn was a weyrbrat from birth. His mother, one of the lower cavern staff, died in childbirth. She died having refused to have told who his father was, at least as far as was publicly known. She had actualy told her best friend Brina, one of the cooks. He was officialy fostered by Brina. However, from his point of view he was raised by most of the lower cavern's staff instead of any one person. He helped out the various lower cavern staff, especialy in the kitchen where he had a knack for dealing with cooking times as long as you weren't pushing him. They made sure he learned all the appropriate rules when it came to living at the weyr. This was especialy true when it became obvious he was attracted mainly to guys and tended to be quite open about his interests. They made sure he understood the difference between weyr social rules and those elsewhere. He was taught the skills needed to work in the kitchen and has continued practice them when he can.
He impressed when he was 13. Having a dragon seemed to calm him down some. He still tended to move about a lot when it came to relationships. When he was 17, he started a relationship with a relative of the Igen Hold Lord Holder. They actualy succeeded in keeping it secret for almost a turn. Then they were found out and A'rn was bared from Igen Hold permanently.
Since then, the only long term intimate relationships he has had have been with female riders. They have rarely lasted long as he is still drawn to guys. Unfortunatly he has shown an inability to maintain any long term relationships with guys. He has gained a reputation of someone who is available when needed as long as you don't expect any long term relationship, at least of an intimate type. He has developed many friends though through the turns.
A'rn was originaly assigned to Kyzyl Wing, where he fit in nicely. He got along with the previous wingleader quite well. That all changed when E'mion became wingleader. He got into a major fight with E'mion when E'mion made some dispariging comments about the lower cavern staff, his foster mother in paticular. It was then that the fact that A'rn definatly didn't have any compulsions against fighting dirty was publicly revealed. He nearly caused some permanent damage to E'mion's ability to have kids. The only thing that made him 'loose' the fight was the Vibanth started being hostile to E'mion's dragon, something that A'rn didn't want to see the results of. A'rn quickly requested a transfer out of the wing. The transfer was granted and he moved over to Borrego Wing. He has been doing his best to find a comfortable spot in the wing since then.
Recently, E'mion gained even more standing at the weyr and A'rn quickly requested a transer to another weyr, not realy carring which one. He has been assigned to Telgar, though not to a paticular wing as of yet.

Vibanth is on the small side for a green dragon. Her sleek build and agility tends to compensate to a degree for her lack of size. She is a jade green in color.
Personality: Vibanth is quite attached to A'rn. She usualy doesn't care that much about what is going on unless she thinks A'rn is threatened. Then watch out. She has been known to stand up to bronzes under these circumstances. She isn't picky on who flies her as long as they can catch her.
History:
The green dragonet stumbled out of her egg and looked around. She sighted the PERFECT match and headed to him post haste. Arrin smiled as he carefully caught the stumbling green. Your MINE. Realy, I think your mine also. Oh, ok. Food now A'rn? A'rn chuckled. "OK." As he left the hatching sand, he bumped into a larger boy, wincing slightly. As he did, Vibanth attempted to whirl around and go at the boy. He hurt YOU. A'rn grabed hold carefully and got Vibanth headed toward the meat. "It's ok. It's nothing. Food?" OK, food. A'rn chuckled to himself as he realised that life was definatly going to be interesting with Vibanth around. And some people were in for a surprise. Now he would just have to keep her from going after anyone she thought might be a threat to him. Yep, is going to be interesting.
