Having become mildly obsessed with my characters, and not wanting to be tempted to create more, and being shackled by the no post YET rule, I thought I would offer my characters up for posting once the board opens.
I have, listed below, characters in order of creation, open for play. Please feel free to claim a thread with one or more of them. Or all of them.
Nisha, Rider of Green Barsamith
Nisha is known as a somewhat stereotypical Greenrider. She's sexually active, has a two year old son, she hasn't seen something resembling a committed relationship in turns, and is very fit from all of her Wingrider's duties.
In other ways, she's special. Her hair is fantastically curly, she blushes, and is softspoken. She's mothering, and probably would have been a fantastic foster mother if she hadn't impressed.
She's sweet, she's cute, and it's entertaining when she tries to stand up to the violent tempers in her Wing.
N'zule, Rider of Green Delith
N'zule is, of all of my characters, the best. Because he's a male Greenrider with an overly soap opera-ic life. His ex, the only man he's ever thought would last, even through his crazy dragon induced PMS, didn't, and then went off to father a son with his niece(see above).
Additionally, since he's getting up there in years(sorta), and going gray(a little), he's on the look out for a good, sturdy relationship before he looses all of his looks, and ends up an aged Greenrider who only has friends because of his Green's insistence.
I'm actually looking for a relationship for him, good, bad, or ugly. And if he's not good enough, take a look at his Green, because she's the sweetest green I've ever written. For serious.
M'ren, Rider of Brown Thoth, AWLM
M'ren is a closet alcoholic who trains Weyrlings for a living. Trust me, you want to play with him. Bonus points include shortness, age, and the occasional sunburn. Also, his dragon is sometimes a bit of a lecher.
Yashma, Headwoman of Telgar Weyr
She's the Headwoman, she's old, and all of your Weyrbred characters are probably related to her. No, seriously, she has the most intensive geneology I've ever created for a character.
If you need to make a complaint, or foster out a child, or change weyrs, or report a complaint, or volunteer to catch the eye of that cute lower caverns woman, here's the woman to talk to. Just don't be surprised if she knows what you're about before you do...!
P'len, Rider of Bronze Nargoth
One day, he may be your WingSecond/Leader, Weyrsecond/Leader, so you might as well get on his good side now.
Bonus: he's very pretty to look at, and he's much less of a womanizer than his brother.
Although... he does like ladies- a lot.
