The Starship Enterprise is the Federation's Flagship, commanded by a legend and staffed by the finest crew in Starfleet. But can they stop the upcoming genocide and prevent inter-planetary war? Can a captain of action defeat hidden enemies and an invisible virus?
The Starship Challenger is small, insignificant and crowded, relegated to transporting cadets to survival missions. Commanded by Admiral Ransom, the ship meets disaster as a lethal virus is spread among the crew. In one night, the entire command crew is murdered or commits suicide...or worse becomes infected and begin attacking the uninfected cadets.
Will the cadet's be able to survive cold space and find the cure to the disease before all hope is lost? Will Enterprise be able to find the creators of the disease before it's too late?
Chart their course and save the Federation or seal it's doom...
