Jeyna and Ragoth had lost Marisol and Seryth's flight. And as good as friends as Jeyna was with Marisol, there was a part of her that was, mysteriously glad that they lost. She did not understand it. Nor did she admit it to herself. It was just something to big for her to be able to admit or understand. Nor could she, not with Ragoth's disappointment at having lost. So while the blue dragon flew off to his ledge, Jeyna headed down to the lake, thinking that a deep in the cool water could relieve the frustration that she felt.
When she reached the lake, she began stripping off, not noticing whether or not there were people around her, and not particularly caring if there were people who might be offended at a naked woman being at the lake. A lot of people swam naked, so they would just have to get over it and deal.
And yet, when she was fully stripped, she did look around to see who was there, wondering who it was that would be seeing her. She knew that her form was quite nice - though some people did not like their women as built, though they did not tend to be the kind of people she wanted to be with.
She did not admit that she was hoping to see one particular person there.

Labeth was finished! Amneris sat down on the ground, a little tired. The green, while not a large dragon was still large to Amneris. Bathing and oiling had been so much easier when the green was a Hatchling. Now the olive colored green lay sunning, with no wish to move from where she was.
Neris was a bit hot and decided to take a swim. Her pants were nice but they would certainly make her sink in that water, so she removed them, leaving only a shirt on. Not that Amneris would ever consider herself a prude but she was concerned that other people would mind her being nude in the water this time of day.
After swimming for a few minutes she saw a familiar face...who happened to strip right in front of her, well maybe not right in front of her. The greenrider watched as Jeyna looked about. Amneris smiled, maybe just maybe she was looking for a friend. "JEYNA!" Neris called from the water. She swam a bit closer to the bluerider, completely unaware that Jeyna had just been giving chase to a green.

Jeyna smiled hearing the voice she had been hoping to hear, whether she would admit it or not. Hearing that voice, she immediately looked to see its source, and seeing that Amneris was in the lake and swimming towards her, the Blue Rider all but flew towards the water. When she reached the water's edge, she jumped in and swam to meet the beautiful Green Rider, grabbing her in her arms when she reached her, though careful to tread water so that she didn't pull them both under.
"Amneris." There was something about the way she said her name. It was full of admiration but also lust and desire. She drank the younger woman in with her eyes before finding Amneris' lips with hers and catching them.

Jeyna seemed to have found her easily enough after that. The woman was almost ontop of her before she knew it. At first she was a bit unnerved but the bluerider was looking at her in that way and the way she had said her name was enticing. The only thought that popped into her head when the bluerider took her in her arms and kissed her was, finally.
Amneris kissed the bluerider in return, slightly suprised at Jeyna's eagerness but not turned off by it. She had been waiting for this. Neris smiled after breaking the kiss. Somehow without thinking her arms had wrapped themselves around the other woman. Amneris was at a loss for words really. She had such a crush on the bluerider that she wasn't about to say no to anything.
In fact, Amneris was going to be the bold and outgoing person she was. The greenrider found Jeyna's lips again. It felt good and it also felt right. Though she began to wonder what had made Jeyna act, she kept those thoughts to herself. All that mattered was that they were finally on the same page.
Why wouldn't she want you? You are my rider. Humans are more complicated darling. She also didn't want to upset you, I'm sure. You are my rider and my rider should have many suitors just as I have...The green was a flirt especially around her Weyrling class, she would flirt occassionaly with adult dragons but they always treated it as something a young dragon would do. She didn't like that feeling.

At not only feeling the kiss returned, but Amneris pressing for another kiss and wrapping her arms around her in return, Jeyna grinned to the younger woman after the second kiss. "Do you think Labeth can handle this?" There was enough of her brain that still was working to make her ask that question, but there was also desire lacing through the words. There could be no question in any who heard her that she would be acting on it if the answer was "yes".
She did not wait for the answer before she started moving them to the shore. This would be her first time with Amneris, and despite all her denials, Jeyna knew that it would be the first of something very special. She also knew that it would Amneris' first time ever, and that was enough for Jeyna to want to make it special. And that meant not in public.

Amneris giggled, "She was just talking to me actually. And she doesn't see why I shouldn't have lovers." That was all she needed. Faranth knew the greenrider was half in love with the other woman already. She felt Jeyna moving them and she tried to help them a bit. Amneris wasn't an expert swimmer but she was decent.
"Oh... I better grab my pants..." The greenrider said as they reached the shore, breaking away from the bluerider. Labeth heard her and using her claws latched onto the pants and flew over to her rider. Wouldn't be good for you to have to run all the way over there. Thank you Labeth. Do you want to go sun on the Barracks ledge?Its not afternoon yet. The green answered as if everyone knew that the Barracks got little to no sun in the morning. Neris laughed at her dragon. Maybe later Ragoth will let you use his ledge... The green didn't comment. She liked the blue but he was older and like other adult dragons she tried not to bother him.
"Looks like thats taken care of." She grabbed her pants off the ground where Labeth had dropped them. Then she put them on, though dry, her shirt was soaked and had she remembered it was white, she would have known that it probably didn't even matter that she was wearing a shirt.

Jeyna pulled her clothing back on, about the same condition as it was when she went down to the flight. Easy on/easy off pants and a mostly open shirt, basically just enough to keep anyone from saying anything to her face - behind her back, well, Jeyna was not going to start caring about that now.
Labeth can join me if she would like. If you are going to have company, I might as well too.
Are you sure you're up to it?
With what you are about to do, yeah... letting her snuggle with me will be fine.
"Ragoth says Labeth can join him." She caught Amneris in her arms again now that they were both dressed, kissing against her neck. "I want to make this very special for you." She kissed her lips and then slipped to her side, her arm around her waist. She began leading her to her weyr, with her arm around her waist.

Amneris couldn't help but smile as Jeyna dressed. She admired her, not just for her beauty but for her personality. The things that made her who she was. It was clear to Amneris that Jeyna would never intentionally hurt her and was finally seeing that this couldn't do either of them any harm.
Labeth, you've been invited to Ragoth's ledge...Oh? Good thing you oiled me this morning. The green said vainly. Then she lifted herself off the ground and headed for Ragoth's ledge. Amneris didn't have her straps with her and they were ones for safety especially after the last lesson on Between. "She's coming. At least I think thats what she meant to say." The greenrider rolled her eyes.
Then Jeyna was back to kissing and holding her and Amneris couldn't really concentrate on anything. "It will be, because it will be with you." That was exactly how Amneris felt about it.

"Good. Ragoth will appreciate the company." She grinned as she lead her toward the weyr. Trying to think of things she can do to make this occasion particularly enjoyable and special for both of them.
Hello, lovely Labeth. Ragoth schooched over on his ledge to make room for her, Please join me.
Jeyna just held Amneris closely to her as they walked back to her weyr, just enjoying being close to the younger woman, and knowing that she no longer needed to deny either of them. "I'm glad that's you feel, Amneris."

"She will too though she's generally talking to one dragon or another at the barracks." There was nothign wrong with being social. Amneris was and thats why she had so many friends. Or at least she called them friends. She'd even tried to befriend people that were not easy to get along with but she found she didn't much care for moody people. Labeth was a lot like her rider in that.
The green did glide down and land delicately on the ledge. Ragoth was welcoming so she took it as a good sign that she would be no bother. Greetings Ragoth. Thank you for sharing your ledge. You do have a good position for sunning. The green laid daown next to but not touching the blue.
Amneris did not need Jeyna to confirm her own feelings now. One day she would and when she did Amneris would be ready to hear it. For now, she wanted to enjoy the moment. Neris clung to the other woman though not in a weird clingy way, in more of a not wanting to be parted from her way.

Ragoth grinned and moved a bit so that he was closer to her, not covering her with his wing or anything, since she wanted to sun, but touching her side. I do. But its even better when shared.
When they got closer to Jeyna's room, the Blue Rider scooped Amneris up into her arms and carried her the rest of the way, grinning warmly down at her. The woman might not be able to confess how she felt, but she would show the young woman in her arms just how deeply she did feel for her.
She pushed the door open and moved to the bed, laying her down on the bed and then kissing her as she worked the wet shirt off of her.

Labeth was pleased by the blue dragon's words and decided to soak in both the warmth of the sun and the warmth coming from the other dragon at the same time. She was more than pleased that he wanted to share with her. Ragoth would be a good dragon to keep around, the little green thought to herself.
Giggling as Jeyna lifted her up, the greenrider was a bit amazed at the strength of her new lover. Whenshe was laid on the bed Neris was smiling and helped Jeyna with her shirt by lifting her arms over her head so the sleaves could be pulled through. The tall young woman almost wondered if this was all a dream.
She did not have time to contemplate that thought because she was soon very busy unbuttoning Jeyna's shirt. At least her clothes came off easily so the greenrider didn't look as much like a novice.

Jeyna laid beside Amneris, propped up on her elbow, gently tracing random shapes over her bare stomach. She had much enjoyed being with the young woman, and she had made sure that Amneris had definitely enjoyed herself. Perhaps it had been the cold lake water, or simply being with the young woman, but what had begun as dragon lust had changed to specifically desiring Amneris and wanting her to enjoy the experience. That's not to say that Jeyna's own needs had been ignored, but rather that she put them second to Amneris.
She smiled warmly and leaned down to kiss her gently. "I hope the wait was worth it, 'Neris." She knew it had been for her, though she had to admit, she wondered at herself, that she had denied both of them this for so long.

This feeling was not something she had felt before. Her body was sated in a way she had never even thought about. Jeyna's tracings made her giggle lightly. Her eyes had been closed until Jeyna spoke then she tilted her head and looked up at the bluerider. "Definately." She smiled and being very much the inexperienced one of the pair of them she owed most of that to Jeyna.
Now Neris had time to think and she was wondering what had spured Jeyna's sudden action. It really shouldn't matter, only that she wondered if the bluerider saw her as one of her special friends or something else entirely. Amneris, though having lived at the Weyr for two Turns, preferred to think that having so many partners would get tiresome.
She brushed such thoughts aside. With a mischievious look in her eyes, Neris asked, "Do you often swim naked at the Lake?" She'd have to pay more attention to the people when she went there. Generally she was only there to take care of Labeth. Thinking of Labeth made her reach out to the young green.
I am here. You are happy. Oh...and you are fine?Ragoth has been keeping me company. Good. The greenrider was releived that the dragon was so laid back about all of this. Labeth would not be rising for a couple months at the very least. The green had plenty of time to meet dragons and choose favorites among them. It couldn't hurt Ragoth that the green was spending time with him.

Jeyna did see her as something else entirely. And that much she could admit, even if she did not understand what it was that made Amneris - and her relationship with Amneris - different. "I'm very glad." She grinned down at her for a moment longer and then leaned in to kiss her tenderly. "You were wonderful, 'Neris." She smiled to her, stroking her cheek.
She lowered herself back down, just laying on her side beside the beautiful young woman. "No, not often. Sometimes when its really hot, I might, but most the time I wear a shirt and a pair of shorts." She hoped that the young woman would understand, if she asked for more details. The last thing Jeyna wanted her to think was that she had been a consolation prize. The fact of the matter was that the moment that she had seen Amneris thoughts of flight and Marisol were banished from her mind.
"How's Labeth?" The question was asked to both Amneris and Ragoth.
She is fine, mine. She seems content. You however, seem like I have never seen you.
Jeyna chuckled softly at Ragoth's comment and rested her hand on Amneris's tummy.
