Sorry I've been a little slow - Silly Professor assigned a killer paper, but I've finished! And now I'm working on our Weyrling Master. He'll be up either later today or tomorrow night after work and classes.

Awesomeness.
I don't want to pull any ranking Bronze or Brown for Weyrsecond without they're being someone to replace them in the wing. A hole in any Wing is bad! So~If someone wants a promotion, find a replacement for them in the wing.

*thrashes* Ugh. I've got summer classes, and my professors don't actually like telling their classes what out schedules will be for the week ahead of time. So we find out what we're doing on Sundays. This week will not be great for me, so's any profile I do will be late in coming. So if someone else wants to take, feel free. *shrugs and goes to start homewook*

Um, a Wingsecond wouldn't be pulled from their wing. They'd still have to fly against thread so they'd still have those duties as well. I don't believe they would be pulled from the wing. I'm fairly sure that V'rak would still head his wing as well.

Yeah, you wouldn't be pulled. You would delegate most of your duties, but you'd be still technically in charge of whatever you'd been doing before. Hence, V'rak would still lead his wing against Threadfall, but R'net/Z'ir would be doing all of the day to day work.
