When they entered the clearing, Sulia looked up with a good deal of interest. It was a harper-perfect version of paradise, down to the noises and the beautiful flowers growing in the middle of it.
It was the flowers that really caught her attention, beautiful purples, golds, yellows, reds, and even softer shades of pink and blue. Well aware that Palina had been chosen because she wouldn't bolt, Sulia slipped off the horse, detached Palina's bit, and allowed the horse to graze a little.
Then the Lady of Fort sped off to look at the flowers, and contemplate making herself a little crown out of the different colors.

Jaizen was pleased with the reaction, not moving in his saddle even as Sulia dismounted and loosed Palina. He doubted either of the beasts would stray too far from one another. He let the Lady get a head start of him before he easily dismounted and tied the reins in such a manner that Barzig could not tangle himself in them.
He'd just finished that when he noticed that Sulia was already off at the flowers. Well that was a good sign he supposed. All women like pretty things, right? The wildflowers were indeed pretty. Giving his beast a reassuring pat, he took his time in following Sulia. The grass was long enough to impede Jaizen's natural long stride, but lush and green and very much as pretty as the flowers. He paused only to pluck a soft violet flower with small petals, and when he reached Sulia, one hand rested lightly on the small of her back as to not frighten her... okay, maybe more to just touch her. His other came around with the small flower, holding it for her to see.
"Purple would look good." he said, as if he'd read her mind on the flower crown, though, that's what a lot of girls did with this many flowers! He smiled over her shoulder.

"Purple and red." Sulia stated decisively. The purple would match the blue she was wearing, and the red would offset both colors to look even better. White might be nice to add- but she couldn't see any that were big enough to make themselves seen in the red and purple flower crown.
She began gathering together a proper bouquet to start with, humming slightly as she worked, her dress impeding her motions slightly, but not enough for the court trained woman to take any notice. Confining dresses were the norm, not the exception, and there was not much she could do about it.
