Koriam had finished up the last of his chores as the day ended. He wiped the sweat from his forehead as he stepped into the Weyrhall. It was cooler in here, and he was grateful. Kor could handle hard work, and even welcomed it...but there was no other feeling than when you were finished with your responsiblities for the day.
The candidate filled his plate with steaming roasted wherry, grabbing a cup of redfruit juice as he turned to look for a seat. The Hall was fairly empty, as Kor's chores had taken a little longer than usual. Well, there was someone else, who's goblet was filled with a darker liquid. Wine.
Kor bit his lip, knowing that if he sat down, where the night would go. But he did it anyway. Placing his plate across from the other person, he nodded in greeting. "What're you drinking?" He inquired politely.

The Weyrhall was a bustling place most of the day so it was in the evening that she found herself there alone. She hated being alone. In any form, it bothered her. It wasn't that she didn't have enough people to call upon for company it was just that tonight she wanted them to call on her. Silly perhaps but the green rider had been out of commission for about seven months and so she was missing her normal crowd.
At twenty four she wasn't exactly old, nor was she some new novel young thing that had just arrived with hopes of impressing. She had impressed about eight turns ago. Not a day went by that she wasn't thankful she had been permitted to stand that day. Of course Mari would never have let her parents deny her beloved granddaughter. While her thoughts were on family she didn't notice at first that someone was speaking to her.
The red head was still wearing her leathers. Her short red hair was tuck behind an ear. Marisol looked up at the youth with a smile on her face. What had she been drinking? Some wine of course. "Some white wine, its not Benden but it will do for this occassion. Would you like some?"
